Politique de retour
Vous pouvez retourner la plupart des articles neufs et non ouverts vendus et expédiés par nos soins dans les 30 jours suivant la livraison pour un remboursement complet. Nous prenons également en charge les frais de retour si le retour résulte d'une erreur de notre part (article incorrect ou défectueux, etc.).

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Product Availability
We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but mistakes can happen. If at the time of processing your order, one or more items are missing, we will contact you for a full refund or an alternative offer for a suitable replacement.
For preorder items, please remember that we won't know how many units will be allocated by our supplier until we actually receive our stock. We try to be conservative with the amount we offer on preorder on our website (usually only a fraction of what we expect to receive) but allocations can be harsher than anticipated. No preorder sale should be considered final and delivery guaranteed. They always will be subject to product availablilty when received. We will process preorders in ascending date of payement received (the sooner you order, the more likely you are to receive the product).

Price change
Given the rapidly changing price of certain collectible items, we reserve the right to update the price of any item until the order is sent to you.
Prices are not finalized until your order has been sent, even if paid for at checkout online.
In case of a price increase, you will always be offered a full refund if you'd rather not pay the difference.

Order cancellation
You can always contact us to cancel an order before it is shipped. This will be done at no cost for you.
We reserve the right to always cancel and fully refund any order you make, in particular when we suspect it is for resale/speculative purpose.

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
